Hello,

I cannot seem to upload this 16MB file even when I downsize to 13MB, in case there is a 15MB UL limit.
The file is like any other I have sent except larger size because of composite.
All the other agencies (10) took the file so I have no idea what is going on here.

4320x3240 / sRGB / 16.1 MB

Any ideas? thanks in advance.

Wim

There have been other posts reporting the same problem. As long as it had one of the extensions they mentioned it is probably that issue coming up again. You know the drill and what to do now.

Try resubmitting the file. Some people have found this to work. If not, write support and put it in the bugs forum. It's a PITA to go through this but the more they see of the problems hopefully they will get to them and fix them once and for all.
