I was just looking through my "outbox" and found quite a few PMs that I'd sent that the "sendee" never opened. While you should have it set to notify you by email every time you get a PM, some people don't....SO....just a reminder to check your PMs every once in a while! Who knows, maybe someone wants to give you an expensive camera or something....lol |

Lol. That's ok. I was very busy too and the project was put on the back burner, but I want to pick it up again |

I think the PM system here is really horrible. There should be a better way to know if you have gotten a PM than by having to click on the link, how about a little paper that by the PM link that is orange when you have a new message like in the forums. Also the messages should read more like the forums do with each message adding onto the next.
I guess I just don't understand why the PM's are not more like the forums. |

I do get email notifications, but I only check my email once a day unless I am expecting something. Sometimes they get buried under junk mail and I don't notice them for a couple days. |

I do get email notifications, but I only check my email once a day unless I am expecting something. Sometimes they get buried under junk mail and I don't notice them for a couple days. |
I not only get the email but every time I click on the forum link I get a pop up that says I have a PM waiting to be read. |

In your Profile there are two options that you can turn on or off:
- Notify on new Private Message (sends an email)
- Pop up window on new Private Message (a popup window when you go to the forums)
I have them both turned on, 'cause I get all excited when I see that I've got a private message waiting for me.
Unfortunately, while looking at my messages just now I noticed it said my Inbox was 100% full. So I selected a few of the really old ones and meant to click "Delete selected". But I must have clicked "Delete all", because they're all gone now. All my "secret admirer" messages, and the "You're so awesome" messages, and the "You should be President" messages, and the "You're an ass, get off the forum" messages... |

Yeah yo can get a small popup screen to show when you are on SS about a PM and you can then go delete the message in your email.

It could be in your pop up settings in Chrome. Perhaps it is set to not allow any pop ups. |
