I need help to tell how much i earned each year

Hi

I have a trouble. I need to know how much i have earned each year. I started 2009 so thats three years i have to know. Its really important. I thought that there would be an easy way to just see the numbers on my page. I downloaded the free openoffice, tried openoffice.org calc as shutterstock seems to support it. I then as suggested downloaded

It works but i cant figure out the numbers at all. I have problems reading numbers and have to get this 100 % right. For 2009 i would put start date 2011-01-01 and end date 2011-12-31 right? and the same for each year.

for 2009 at the bottom it reads

Totals:,"912","222.75","30.92","0.00","0.00","0.65","0.00","0.00","0.00","0.00","0.00","254.32"


for 2010

Totals:,"2465","716.59","238.40","224.00","0.00","0.30","0.00","0.00","0.00","0.00","0.00","1179.29"


for 2011

Totals:,"3898","1224.51","514.09","336.00","0.00","0.20","0.00","0.00","0.00","0.00","5.32","2080.12"


Sorry for the trouble, im confused and stressed. Hope someone can help me.

Have you gone to your Stats page and on the bottom there is a link that will allow you to put in a date range which in turn will show you on a spread sheet your number of sales for each day with a total for the date range.

Hi

as Dave mentioned there is option to save all your earnings to spreadsheet. After that you can open it with MS Office or Openoffice and do the math by years.

In your contributor page top part choose Stats->Download stats. Then scroll down. After the table there is a link "Download Earnings Spreadsheet»". Press that, choose the from year as your joining date. In that case there will be all your earnings.

When opening with openoffice, choose the field separator as comma.

oh, this open office is not so user friendly. I want to print the total for each year, but it seems i have to print 20 pages each time. *sigh*

Why not just run the monthly figures then just enter the totals for each month on another spread sheet, get the total using the Sum feature and then printing out one sheet? You will then have your yearly totals on one sheet and you also have the individual months on spread sheets that can be saved into a folder if necessary.
