Periodically over the last few months when I load the front page http://submit.shutterstock.com I receive the following error message.
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@shutterstock.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at submit.shutterstock.com Port 81" |

I am getting this Internal Server Error again today. The front page right content does not load and eventually this error message shows up instead of the db content.

Same thing for me as well.

I love the comment "...inform them [SS] ... of anything you might have done that may have caused the error." As if the SS computer system and IT are completely free of bugs and problems. Yeah ... right! |

Same here - think it is time to take a break from SS for a bit until they get things sorted out again. Between half reviewed batches, server errors, and lack of response from "help" tickets...vacation in order :) |

Had this error for a few hours. Now it's fixed but last two accepted batches is gone. From gallery and from searches. |

I got the same Internal server error message today, it's been showing up for more than an hour already and I still can not view the content on the right side of the front page. The message appeared right after I tried to submit five images. |
