Well I finally got around to doing the silhouette. Thanks for everyone's help. In the end used a bit of everyone's suggestions, so thank you.

Now what to submit as, is it a photo still? or an illustration?

I'd stick with photo. And it looks like the BG isn't 255 white. Did you intend for it to be something other than white? And you need a bit of clean-up on the girl.

I think if you submit as illustration which you probably will have to, it will be rejected as too simple. In illustrator I could draw outlines of the kids and fill with black, and place on a white rectangle in a few minutes.

There are loads of vectors like this on the site, which are more useful than jpg's, and SS has been rejecting silhouette illustrations for some months.

Also SS likes illustrations of people too have smooth outlines, and although this is accurate it looks like it has jagged edges which is another common illustration rejection.

Oh, I was in a hurry to post this before I ran some errands and hadn't checked the background yet, I cut out the background and it replaced it with the white I had on my pallet at the time which obviously wasn't pure white. Thanks for letting me know I will be sure to replace the background before submitting.

I think your silhouette outline is jaggy.

it looks jaggy small size but when it is larger it is quite smooth, I don't know if it will affect sales if it looks jaggy to the buyers but I don't know how to fix it anyway.
