Hello,
Shutterstock has sent me amount USD 125,42.
Why I have received only EUR 96.58 on Thursday, when the exchange rate was around 1,256?
125.42 / 1.256 = 99,86
If the currency conversion fee is 1,99%:
125.42 * ((100-1,99)/100)/1.256 = 97,87
Can you help me with this? :) |

You dont get the exchange rate that you find on internet, you get the bank exchange rate which is lower. But you are using the wrong conversion, the dollar is not 1.25 to the euro, the dollar would be 0.79 to the euro or something in that area.
