I don't see any trademark issue; however I'm having trouble imagining the usefulness of the piece. What is that scale next to the largest person? |

You might have copyright problems with the large man and scale. That is almost an exact copy of Le Corbusier's Modulor Man. (Here's a link to Google images)
However, I think if you only used the collection of your own people in this style, you are probably okay. Though, I agree with Stacy that they might not sell very much. |

OMG Thanks Evan, I had never seen that before! Learn something new every day! That is definitely copyrighted. Agree with Darla, you need to come up with original stuff.
