I believe that such a successful company - Shutterstock, developed with simple and smart solutions to managers.
At this point, Moneybookers has decided to receive the excess profits at the expense of the core group of employees stock - placed in a situation - when their actual income being cut - brazen and cynical way. The situation is bad for everyone except Moneybookers.
And the most logical step would be an alternative method of withdrawal.
I hope Shutterstock understands this.

This Payoneer option was suggested 4 years ago. I have a wild guess SS will not get Payoneer.

Features and Suggestions is a nice gesture, but I doubt it if SS will ever have a look here and consider what is suggested.

Really, some other stock sites support Payoneer and it is no-hassle payment system. That's strange, why Shutterstock doesn't want to make this step toward his users.

Payoneer might be good solution if somehow Shutterstock makes a deal with them like IS has done for their exclusives... They have lower fees than some other like veer contributors for example ;-)

For me it doesn't work! My best way to get money is Skrill (Moneybookers) and then I withdraw to my bank account... The cheapest option possible! No ATM fees, Other bank ATM fee for using ATM and similar... No Currency interchanges... I get my green money and do whatever I want with it ;-)
