After having a look myself there are a few under automobile that aren't marked as editorial yet when I looked under Toyota all the ones I clicked on were marked as editorial and were from car shows. |

I`m new here. I`m doing a shoot soon which will include gangsters and in the background there will be a few cars like Shelby AC Cobra, 60s Firebird. Is it acceptable to include cars in the background if they are not the principle subject matter ? |

To those wondering why, in this case Peterbilt trucks, cannot be used in a submitted pic.
It isn't that Peterbilt doesn't want a picture of their truck shown--after all, it's free publicity-- it's that in almost every stock use for ads, it is implied that the truck, car, or person appearing in the ad image supports or approves of whatever product is being sold. |
