So I am practicing taking photos for my second try at joining shutterstock and I'd like to know what you guys think of this photo...Any help is much appreciated.

might get dinged for lighting, may be focus

I think the bottom part of the cross is already falling outside the DOF. I think the DOF is too shallow.

And we need a 100% crop to check for focus and noise. A crop of the part that represents the subject best.

Ok well here is a 100% crop and yeah, I see that there is too much noise and not enough focus where it should be...

so does it need to be perfectly clear at 100% zoom to have any chance or something? because i've been trying to get it clear but it's difficult.

Seriously? I don't think I can get in trouble for the words in the Bible, can I? It's not copyrighted... But could I get rejected for the copyright of this specific Bible?
