Considering how little actual content is on this website (okay - none!), I'm hoping it's a case of someone releasing a site to the world just a touch too soon.

Likely the designer has put this up for the client to see what the layout looks like. But there are ways to do this without also allowing the whole world to see it, too. Like Holly says, "FAIL"
On the bright side, if the client likes it, all those Shutterstock images will probably be purchased and used legally. |

Even if this is for a client the images in question should have been purchased. |
