What's the relationship between Shutterstock and www.photo-dictionary.com
When you access the website, you can see some of our Shutterstock photos there. Is it legal?

It depends on whether they bought them according to the licensing terms. Any reason why you think they may not have been purchased legally?

So, it is basically a photo-sharing website, and many of the photos were actually uploaded by someone under the name of shutterstock. I don't suppose Shutterstock.com is sharing our photos here? I actually found one of my photos here, supposedly uploaded by someone or some company called shutterstock. Just take a look at the Top 10 photos and you can see most are from Shutterstock. Is this a promotional tool by Shutterstock for our photos?

Then you have a potential issue and Shutterstock should be made aware of the situation. I would contact them by email so they can make a judgement.
