Hi there I'm newbie.... or worst than newbie with video. Well I upgraded yesterday to Photoshop CS6 Extended from CS5 non extended. I saw out there some tutorials of video editing, really simple but enough for my needs. I've test it and more or less I'm working fine in video, only got a trouble while rendering video. I just need to delete the original clip audio. I madly need to deactivate audio for export/render clip without audio. I uncheck the both loudspeakers icons and works properly with no audio while playing on PShop, but with both deactivated loudspeakers icons I try to export and original clip audio is really there... cannot export deleting my audio... and I'm getting crazy with it. Maybe any other previous software open source or something easy and cheap can let me delete audio before importing clips to photoshop, if photoshop is unable to export without the original audio, or maybe there is a solution inside the CS extended which I did not found yet.... Can anybody help me... any kind of advices will be great. |

Quicktime (.mov), photoJPEG as the codec (85-95% quality). |

You're welcome. Looking at your port, you won't have any trouble. With your skills at photography, you'll get a handle on it pretty quickly. If you REALLY want to have fun with it, get Adobe After Effects. Then go to videocopilot.net and start watching his tutorials. You'll learn a ton! |

So you think there's nothing to do with new photoshop extended video editing posibilities ?
Is funny for me because with Photoshop I find a frindly interface and can work on the clips almost the same as if I would be editing photographs, that very first impression made me feel quite confortable and was fine to dont have to learn again about a new soft wiich it takes pretty much precious time.
First I seriously have to learn about how to move camera, how to use properly the rigs, how to add movement to my camera which is very used to only make a shoot... all that stuff that we "the photographers" never experienced before. Actually rejections will made me thing about what to improve first in my future workflow.
I will check the tutorials on the link and check the After Efects price.... I just bought last week the new PS extended CS6 and dont want use the hammer on my piggybank LOL... |

Actually, since I'm still preparing the video editing, I have not read anything about how to set the keywords on video. I use to work with bridge on photos but... keywords, tittle and caption can be written on IPTC fields ov a .mov file? Or should be manually as if any IPTC field exists.... probably there is written anywhere but if anyone can help with the available options maybe there are more posibilities abot keywording on video. ??? |
