Has anyone been using this program? I sent in an application for 3 different events but have not heard back a yes or no on any of them. The first would be starting tomorrow. I sent an email a week ago to find out the status but no response. The requests were sent in by fax and I received confirmation on my end it had been received. The requests were sent in plenty of time for Shutterstock to submit the application. If I wasn't approved I would have liked that information so I could make other plans. So if any of you have submitted for the program I'm wondering how the process went for you.

I contacted the person at the event I wanted to attend this weekend and they stated that Shutterstock never sent in my request for my credentials. How am I supposed to find out what's going on for my request for credentials if no one from the company replies to requests or to emails?

This is on the application form.
Your application is almost complete. Please print, sign, and then fax this form to 347-521-1620 or email it to ontheredcarpet@shutterstock.com. Please remember to include supporting documentation for the event.

I guess all further applications will be emailed and not faxed. I have two more events I faxed that I will resend by email and see what happens.

This service doesn't really exist and if you contact them to ask why you haven't heard anything they simply ignore you. Shutterstock don't supply poor customer service, ther is NO customer service at all from this company.

In the past I get Shutterstock on the redcarpet to generate assignment letters which was done promptly. My last event, an email to them didn't get a reply. So no assignment letter.

On Aug 17, I requested another assignment letter for another event, fulfilling all the applications requirements. As of today a week over and yet no response. This is BAD service. I missed the deadline for media pass application.

I can still get to go into the event to get the photographs, but when I submit, reviewers want my credentials and my images get rejected. How can I get the credentials when Shutterstock is not helping at all.

sometimes it´s hard...you have to insiste one, two, trhee times...its not good!! last ones worked for me! you have to send one request with the deadline for media pass application...when the deadline is close you have to send a warning by email to them ...

don´t forget to put a note for the reviewrs:
