Anybody else noticed a dramatic drop in OD's this month - or is it just me? Normal downloads as ever.....

Mine are doing very well not only this month but for the past couple of months I have seen a good upswing in the amount of ODs.

It does seem that sales and search priorities change periodically. My OD sales started very well this month and stopped suddenly last week.
Not sure of the pattern but there does seem to be one.

Just waiting for my turn at the top -- or, should I say the 'Upper Bottom' since I've never been even close to the top. :-)

ODs are a type of license your images can be purchased under. They are called On Demand.

Yes OD drop down even on my side..
I used to have 10 or 15 average OD daily... sometimes more!!
Now the OVERALL sales are down... I'm honestly trying to figure out what's happing now ..
Is it the market?

I would like an OFFICIAL answer about SS about "how images are displayed/ranked" now! Are they doing experiments? New search alghoritms?
I really would like to know.

This is my main job and I would like to react to the situation right now!

There have been some changes in how images are searched over the past year or so. There are a couple of threads started by SS here in this forum. Here are the links.

I don't know if this will answer your question but it is a starting point.

I haven't experienced any big drop-downs during weekends, for now having 20-30 DLs a day (overall) - this saturday I had only 1, today just 2.
Is this normal?
