No, mine was shot with a Canon T2i on a Manfrotto mount attached to the side of a canoe. The canoe was propelled by a trolling motor and I was sitting as still as possible. There was a tiny bit of up and down motion and I removed that by running it through the warp stabilizer in After Effects.
Interestingly, I used the same shot to test out the new camera tracker in After Effects CS6. I tracked it and "attached" a sign sticking out of one of the trees as I virtually passed by. The tracking was dead on.
I've been using PFHoe for camera tracking but the tracker in AE CS6 beats it into the ground.
