Hi,
since two days title and keywords are not extracted from my IPTC fields, that is, after uploading the according fields in the submission tool are empty. I did not change my workflow. What to do? Anyone else?

it sometimes happens, not on all photos, but I had no issues yesterday when uploading a batch of 18
But if you all have the problem, it seems another bug has reared its ugly head. |

I've uploaded today and yesterday without any problems. I use the browser-plugin, maybe its a problem with the ftpserver or http upload? |

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue having the metadata in your images automatically applied. In order to figure out what's going on, we need to know which program you're using to add the metadata to the images and have a sample of one of the images with this problem. Could you please email submit@shutterstock.com with those two pieces of information and a reference to this thread?
That will help us greatly as we get this fixed for you.

we are having the same problem since last Tuesday.
Today we made some tests uploading via HTTP and it doesn´t work.

Same problem here. :( Uploaded vector: eps and jpg. Metadata embeded in jpg with Photoshop CS6 Extended. |

there is still a problem.. I think the jpeg preview is not read properly..
btw michal, definitely something is wrong on your side..
I have done exactly the same things I have been doing for years (since 2007)
I hope you get this fixed soon.. |

More to say, I just get back from vacation, so I did not even touch anything. And I uploaded some files I prepared before leaving - IPTC not detected. |
