I have blanks with SS logo and LLC (collectively, the “Photographer”).
It has also field "Description of Scene"
Does it mean that model should subscribe new model release for each scene? Or I still can use one model releasa for all photos with this model?

Does SS logo on the form mean that photos are exclusively for SS?
Or what shell I do if I'm going to upload the same photo to different stocks?
Should I ask model to subscribe separate model releases from each stock and for each scene?
(sounds a bit stupid to my mind)

Many of us use a generic model release that Shutterstock and most other sites accept. iS can be picky about that. You do not need a new release for each different photo shoot you do with a model. You can use the same release and just use a generic description in the section about scene description such as Female outdoor shots etc.

If you would like a copy of the generic release that I use just PM your email address and I will send it out.
