How to re-upload image not accepted by "processor"

i got a message 1 image out of 10 wasnt able to be read by processor and to reload it. But how? the uploader is locked down and says my submission is pending.

Given that this is your initial 10 you will want to contact support and explain the situation. Hopefully you can resubmit the file that didn't work. Otherwise, hope that 7 of the 9 that did go through get accepted.
