In my image gallery stats the majority of my sales show as "Downloads per keyword:None"...
I can sort of understand this for a new sale of a fresh upload, but when an image sells multiple times over the last 2 months how is it possible for a buyer to find the image without searching and I can see zero gallery views?
It's as if the buyers are finding my images by MAGIC!!! |

When a buyer searches for an image and opens it there is a part of that page that shows similar images. If yours is one of those and they buy it they are getting it not by a keyword specifically for your image but by one found as being similar.
Another way but happens less often is when they buy your image if it were found in one of the lightboxes that Shutterstock creates. |

One more possibility is that the buyer has ear marked your gallery and is simply perusing through your images and runs across something they think they might want to use. |

Ahh, Jeff - that's what I thought until I noticed my gallery views at 0 :((((
No matter, I'm just glad they keep buying 'em! |
