Yeah, look in the portfolio is true that my total is 82 images. However, the home page still shows 69 images, when I create sets, only see 69 photos. Please see attach file in previous post. Thank you! |

Very strange - sorry I can't help any more. I suppose it might be caused by a delay in servers updating, but if it isn't sorted out soon, perhaps you should send an email to support: submit@shutterstock.com |

I have the same problem, a week or two as I'm updating my portfolio after some long time of inactivity... Cannot create sets of new photos, and the number of active photos doesn't change.. |

Hello!
I have 3 batches pending for approval.
Batch ID:23733905, submission date 07/04/2012
Batch ID:23810594, submission date 07/09/2012
Batch ID:23857907, submission date 07/11/2012
The first batch has been pending for over one week, and the second batch has been over 72 hours.
I have contacted submit@shutterstock.com, but have not heard back yet. Or, should I contact review@shutterstock.com? |

Hello,
I submitted my first images for initial approval in May 2012 and still have a status "pending" . I am not being rejected but neither accepted as a contributor. Can this somehow be looked into, please?

The best thing to do is to write support at submit@shutterstock.com They will better help you there.
Make sure you give them the batch # of your submission. |
