I checked the FAQ but didnt see the question I have.
How much do you get paid when you reach the payment threshold? I have set mine at 100$.
Lets say I am at 225$ at the end of the month. Will I get paid:
A.) 100$ - minimum pay out
B.) 200$ - An exact multiple of minimum pay out
C.) 225$ - All the money they owe me

You get paid everything ($225)
But you won't get paid next month unless you get more than $100 in the month.

But watch out for taxes. Depends on whatever tax treaty is in place between the IRS and your country. Take a look at the Tax Forum. May be something of interest in there.

I pay 30% of all sales in US. Hence I pray for not selling anything in US.
Fortunatelly most of my sales happen in Europe, Brazil and Africa.
