Hello everyone!
I have a problem with submitting my first 10 illustrations to approval. Well, it is my second time, but the first time I passed 5 pictures.
Now, after more than 30 days, I am trying it again but despite filling everything - description, keywords, categories... I still recieve errors on every single picture, there is no explanation what exactly is wrong, so I am a bit desperate about it now. I tried to relog, delete/upload again and so, but nothing is working. Whatever I change, there is still some undescribed error.
I think it might be some typical newbie mistake, so could someone please help me a bit?

No! It's not a newbie mistake..
Shutterstock's upload process for vectors isn't working right now.. It's all messed up.. I would suggest you to wait until the issues are corrected..
I don't know why it took so long.. It's been broken for almost 10 days now.. |

I have been going crazy trying to submit my pictures and here I read that the site has been having technical difficulties. Talk about frustration! |

I understand well :) I still could not submit it, so I sent an email to shutterstock, they somehow unlocked it, but when I hit submit button, all my pictures have been immidiately refused with no explanation displayed again!
However, after it I got an email saying they have recieved my upload and that they are ready for my submission. But my account is still locked until 2012-08-17.
It seems I would be very lucky to get in someday :) |
