Hello my Image Gallery Stats are not showing accurate numbers for downloads and the Keywords are not updating at all. They show the status "None" for Keywords used to download images. It looks like the keywords have not been updated for some time.

I would appreciate an answer as to why this feature is not working as designed.

Hello Susan,

As with anything else, it can take up to 72 hours for all servers to synch and update information to show across all tools.

If it has been longer than 72 hours, send us an email at submit@shutterstock.com with specific information (image ID numbers, keywords used, discrepancies with download numbers etc) and we will investigate the matter.

Also, Image Gallery Stats (as anything else in Darkroom) is still in Beta testing, so it is possible that a small glitch happens. You can always use the green feedback button on the side to send us comments, tips & ideas.

Thank you for your response Vincent, I am sorry I did not notice your message earlier.

As of this morning most of the images on the first pages are now showing the keywords used to download them. And the download numbers seems to be current.

I talked to a few other people who were seeing the same issue in their port and as of today they are also seeing current information.

Please let you team know that I find this application helpful.
