I’m running into one last problem after exporting my files. All of my footage look just fine on hard drive, but once I upload them to SS, all of my footages look really differently, not much of an use.
Setting
Footage from: Canon 60D
File format: .mov, h.264, no audio
Editing software: After effects and its plugins, 8bit project
Export: Quicktime, Photo-JPEG, quality 85%, 1 pixel square
Screen of clip waiting for approval: http://resize.like.cz/images/90_181_173_123_1-08-12-04-36-43_1343831803Footage_screeb_1.jpg
Even though export looks exactly like in After effects, on SS it just looks different, tintish, darker.. I’m not saying, it is absolutely unusable, but please keep in mind, that it is major difference between selling and not selling clips to interested buyer. Please help, so I can finish my basic workflow and dive in to this :)
Once again, thank for any help in advance, really appreciate every help! :)

same problems here.
Nikon D5100 > Final Cut Pro X (Prores codec) > Mpeg streamclip (mov, photojpg 95%) > SS
PS same situation with uploading mov/prores, footage darker on SS then on HDD
