hi all,
i upload some image last days and they are waiting to be review, more than 8 days... and minutes ago i see in image to be submittes some of the image that are waiting for review... some body have the same issue???? its a new bug??? the first image we upload are wrong and this is why they are waiting for review for a long time? and SS give us another Chance to upload them? wich one we have to delete?

If I understand you correctly you have images that have been waiting for review and a few that are still waiting to be reviewed are showing up in your portfolio? If this is what you mean I don't have that problem. Might be a new bug. |

i think is a bug because i upload some illustration just one time, and they go to image waiting for review, today the same image i upload on Tuesday and yesterday show up in image to be submitted as if I had upload them again, i can delete them but i don´t know if they have been uploaded correctly in the system... may be somebody in SS can answer my question???

If they have not been reviewed then they stay there until they all get reviewed. For instance last Wednesday I uploaded 13 photos, then Friday I uploaded 9, my first 13 had not been reviewed yet so now I have 22 waiting. I will upload another 12 tonight so unless those 22 get reviewed while I am finishing them up I will have 34 waiting for review. This is normal. Have you never added more photos before the last batch has gotten reviewed? Or maybe I am still not understanding your question. |

my oldest batch that is waiting for review is from july 24, i know i have to wait long time to get review, this time is longer than other time, today 9 days, this is another issue, some of the image i uploaded on Tuesday and Wednesday reappeared like there are not submitted, but they are, and still waiting to be review and are duplicated in image to be submitted. hope you understand me now... i can delete them but i think i will wait SS review the once are submitted.
is strange that nobody else has that same problem...

I have some images that have been waiting for review since the 19th of July. They all say "currently being processed" and have for a long time, I haven't had a chance to look into it, but I've had a few batches submitted since approved so they are definitely in limbo.
Funny thing is it seems my more recent batches are getting reviewed way faster - I think the stuck ones might be working as a placeholder and bumping me up in the que - maybe not such a bad scenario. ;p |
