My Content Overview section of the Contributor Homepage always says that I have some number of images waiting to be submitted, but right now I don't have any images waiting to be submitted. Anyone else seeing this bug?

I have it for three or four days already... "17 images to be submitted" but I didnt submit any. Its quite bothering but I think it doesnt do any real harm.

The same problem. Every new uploaded image adds to "images waiting to be submitted" an empty block. At the same time it appears in "waiting for review" and works fine.

Hello everyone,

We also noticed that this issue is happening to a few accounts and have been working on correcting it as soon as possible.

If you have this bug, there is a number of images shown in "Waiting to be submitted" when in fact you did not upload anything, and clicking the link leads to an empty editing page.

So far it looks like it does not have any negative effect on your account. Uploading and submitting is still possible.

Please do contact me at submit@shutterstock.com if you see anything unusual about this bug (other than what i described above).

I also have the same problem in my dashboard even I don't have any image in my submitting area, but it shows sometimes, e.g. 108,107 etc.

Ive just noticed this problem seems to be solved. The ghost images are finally gone so the misleading number of "images to be submitted" is again zero, as it should be. Glad it is fixed ..

This seems to have gotten worse for me. Now I'm seeing image thumbnails as well, for images that were already reviewed and accepted. Clicking on them just leads to an error page.

I had that too, all images which were already approved... So I just clicked Continue, to see what will happen. Most of them disappeared, just three vectors were pushed further, to that part with adding Description, Keywords, Categories etc. I deleted them from there normally (as they were already approved before and didnt need to be submitted again).

I think these images were some ghosts gathered from previous batches. Shutterstock apparently did some kind of fix or change today and thats the result. Hopefully they wont appear again.

I had both approved and pending images there and when i pressed "Continue" all jpeg previews disappeared from pending vectors.

I uploaded them again via FTP and previews are missing from those as well, not sure what to do now :(

But you dont need to submit approved or pending images again, no?

The approved images are already safe in your portfolio and the pending ones should be under "Images waiting for review", waiting for a reviewer to pick them up. Are they there?

I just tested submitting new vector plus JPG preview through the new "Drag and Drop" option and it seems to work.

I uploaded only pending images again, so i have all vectors on pending twice but none has jpg preview

I think system deleted all jpeg previews from pending files so it's kinda strange that newly uploaded same files have no previews as well.

I see, I just looked and I have it too, the thumbnail is not there, like in your screenshot. Either it takes longer time to process or it didnt upload well.

One problem fixed - and another one appears.. maybe someone from Shutterstock will drop by with explanation.

some of the image i uploaded on Tuesday and Wednesday reappeared like there are not submitted, but they are, and still waiting to be review and are duplicated in image to be submitted... i can delete them but i think i will wait SS review the once are submitted.

Thumbnail preview was there but today it magically disappeared. Not sure is it a bug or jpeg-s are deleted somehow?
