And my cat can lick your monkey any day of the week, twice on Sundays.

When I got married to my current wife [4th btw and 25 years now] our first 10 years I saw her one week a month as she was all over the Planet in the film Business.

Film rocks. I get to save $7,100 on the equivalent digital flagship camera, which equates to at least 20,000 frames of film - around 800 rolls - purchased and developed. How cool is that?

(Yes, doctor, I'll come now. I don't need the padded room, really).

How many cameras did you get to buy while she wasn't looking, Laurin?

You can still buy an EOS 1V brand new at B &H for $1700.00

I know. That's what made half-price after just 25 films had passed through it seem quite reasonable.

Still not sure if it is mad. At least my lenses fit it.

PS - I'm sure that six years ago B&H were selling it for about $1,100. Strange things are happening to prices.

why would it be mad? if that's what you like, that's what you like. Knowing you a little bit, it is in good hands.

lol - clumsy ones, I'm afraid!

Still, it should hold most of its value unless/until I do something nasty to it (like happened to the 5D, the 24-70, the Sonnar 180 and the Biometar 120).
