Hey, I am new as contributor for videos. I have a problem - I upload with FTP and found at the upload page of Shutterstock some videos 3x or 4x.
I have in the first trial delete the first files and hoped the last was ok. but Shutterstock told me, the files are defect.
well... but how can I find out WICH file is ok? I have only with Shutterstock FTP this problem, not with other agentures.
Has anybody a solution? thanks Kerstin |

I am having MAJOR problems uploading videos that were previously in an acceptable format-now not so! I am asking the same question. What is the best quicktime HD codec to upload! HELP! So frustrated! |

I use photo-jpeg with the quicktime container. The quality set at 80 which gives acceptable quality with a reasonable file size.
Out of 15 uploads I still get 1-2 with an error on the FTP. This is a problem only with SS, and yes it seems to do with the file size.
Hopefully a permanent fix is on the way soon. |

try cybercuck. I used to use filezilla and had problems, smooth uploading with cyberduck. |

+1 on cyberduck. SS recommends it. |
