Hello everybody,

how long is your review time? I'm still waiting already one week, must you wait also so long?

Wait times are running a bit slow lately. Usually between 5 and ten days. They recently upped the waiting time to a possible ten days.

When they do get reviewed are they still looking at everything you have in the queue at that time or just the ones that have been waiting longest?

From what I hear they are still doing everything that is in the queue.

Ive had images now sitting there for over a week. Im beginning to suspect if you add items to the queue the entire thing drops to the bottom of the queue.

A few times now ive uploaded a few images, added a few more a few days later and so on. Its always about 5-7 days after the LAST set were uploaded they get processed.

But if that were true and you kept on adding images then you would be waiting forever and would not ever get your images reviewed. I suspect they just have a lot of reviewers away on holiday just now.

That does appear to be whats happening to me. Looking at my last few batches its always a week or so from the last not first one entered. Some have been near 2 weeks as a result of adding new ones

I submitted 4 images on 8/6/12. Today is 8/24/12 and still no progress. Just sitting there?

Sounds like there is a problem. Delete those and upload them again, that's what I would do. Otherwise I suspect that sometimes, when the wait time is so long, your batch got diverted to the bosses if it has something questionable/trademark in it, that's happened to me before. Especially at IS, happens a lot.

For the last few month's, I've had a review within 5 or 6 days of submitting the first batch. The whole que get's reviewed regardless of how many batches submitted. Today, I got 6 images reviewed, and 30 left pending. The 6 where not even the first batch. Also no email sent with the review today. Why the sudden change?

Were they different types of images? My rasters and vectors are reviewed at separate times, always.
