Rejected Illustration due to "Trademark"

Attached image rejected with the message:
Trademark--Contains potential trademark or copyright infringement.

Could you help me to find the reason and correct it?

Looks like an Apple Ipod. The design is TM.

Remember what happened to a certain corporation? They were sued for copying the shape of a certain device and lost the case.

Searching with keyword "smart phone" I see accepted images similar to my image.

So I am not sure that the reason is that.

they might have gotten stricter since the aforementioned lawsuit. Or it was a cautious reviewer.

It's the Bluetooth symbol, get rid of that. The phone looks otherwise generic to me.

All phones are now copyrighted and rejected and this is similar to the HTC Droid with the scroll ball in the middle at the bottom.

And yes the Bluetooth symbol will get hit.
