I tried to upload the jpg images via ftp - but i kept getting this message:
550 eye.jpg: Forbidden command argument
ERROR:> Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found, no access).
So...I uploaded the jpg's via the "Browser Plugin Upload Page" and then I uploaded the eps files through my ftp client.
However, all my vector thumbnails are not showing up when i go to to "images waiting to be submitted page"

Hi
I can't upload some .EPS files today . The system doesn't recognize my .JPG that have the same name.
For example, if i upload XYZ.eps and XYZ.jpg, it says:
" you must upload a file named " XYZ.EPS.JPG ".(?)
I tried that, then i could choose keywords etc... but
after, they're is no thumbnail in pending file.
Am i the only one ?
(and sorry if my english is not correct !:) ) |

I noticed that you have 2 images where the thumbnails are visible. Was there anything different about those files? Perhaps they didn't have an underscore or numbers or upper case letters, etc.? |

Can you send us a screenshot with the FTP log? |

The two images that you mentioned are just jpg's...not vectors. Eveything else are vectors in that batch, but their thumbnails aren't showing up. |

OK, i sent a screenshot in Batch ID:665578
Now it seems to works if i add .EPS (+ .jpg) to the file name. But i didn't have to do this before
