I've got some images approved a couple days ago, that are not showing up on general search "newest" sort for the respective categories. Is this a bug or just an unusually slow update? Thanks!

It can take up to 3 days for the images to show up in all searches. Because of the server hiccups lately, this could be an extra day. Please be patient and let us know if the images still do not show up after 4 days. Thanks.

thanks, it looks like the search engine is running at least two day behind, maybe four as you hinted. my concern is that once things get caught up, my 'new' images will be 'old' and eclipsed in search order by more recent images, and hence miss the 'honeymoon' period for new images. if this happens,should i delete and re-upload the image? thanks for the followup. mc

Deleting the images and reuploading them could result in a warning. Your images will still get their time in the "honeymoon" period as all other images are going through the same process.

here is an example, image 3300325, was submitted 5/14, approved a day or two later, still not showing on searches in the category or by keyword sorted on 'newest' first, now six days later. there are others also with same issue, submitted after the above image. thanks.
