Something went wrong. Make sure your vector are compatible and upload again. |

No doubt you have experience in uploading vectors. It is problem if reviewer made so big mistake a few times. Upload again and leave a note to reviewer to pay more attention or more specific if reject again. Their comments are not always detailed so first check bitmaps and other possible mistakes |

In field where you usually write eps 10 , in upload before you check submit button, after keywords etc, you have field for reviewer. Only strange thing is same reject reason three times, it could not be the same reviewer, but try again with note. And let us know what happened. |

Forget to mention, could help you. It seems that once rejected file will be rejected again and again if you don't leave a note to reviewer that you made corrections or that you need more explanations for rejection reasons. |

Maybe it would be easier if you can find some one that speaks your native tongue and someone that knows the programs that would better help you. You then could maybe explain in more detail they type of programs you are using and your issue. The way you are trying to get help is still a bit vague like those reviewer rejection reasons. LOL :\ |

I've had the same rejection reason once. Turns out, I think I used a distorted radial gradient, which is fine in a eps10, not in eps10. Or something similar.
Use "Flatten transparency" and see if that generates any bitmaps. If it does, it shouldn't be saved as an eps8.
Or, you could just save it as eps10. That's the easiest way. |

What version of Illustrator are you using?
I have read some little complaints here and there, different internet forums, about Illustrator CS6 having problems saving back to the legacy file formats EPS-8 and EPS-10. Perhaps that is your problem.
Do you have any prior versions of Illustrator you can try to use to save to EPS-8 or EPS-10? |

Were you saving to EPS-10? Try 8, or 10 if you were using 8... |
