If we make a bigger group we could organize special group prices for hotel, studio and models. We have contacts for models and for our and other rentable studios.
To come to Belgrade you can use plane, bus, train, boat (Donau river) ...
If you need anything or have any question or suggestion just let me know. If majority is for our city we will be happy to host all of you here and give you the best possible hospitality.

We are already here as a team and we can organize everything, and even shooting in different studios and with different the most beautiful models. That could be like few days meeting and workshop. Accommodation and food and beer is almost free here :) Think about it :) You are all welcome. |
Sounds great! SY |
Yes, I agree and his portfolio is too !!

I second Belgrade as a venue and it's a lot cheaper than any other major European capitals |

Copenhagen is a lovely place.

I do agree... Affordable accommodation can be found anywhere if booked in advance, but cheap and easy access by transportation is not available in any city. I think this is a crucial parameter. Hubs like Copenhagen have lots of airlines from any direction, which means that you can reach it by a nonstop flight from wherever you are.
Then, it really depends on what we could do on this reunion. I have no idea. Do some shooting? Do we need a studio? Can somebody that attended such meetings hint an idea? Just have some beer and talk is one thing, to have an agenda is another thing.
Copenhagen sounds good for me, but it may be cheaper to get a hotel on a Swedish side of the strait - in Malmö, which is at roughly the same distance from the Copenhagen airport as the Copenhagen city.
As for the date, November is not the best time in Northern Europe. October - maybe... If are talking this time of year, it would better be somewhere at a lower latitude. |

Amsterdam is great city, but here in Belgrade you can have everything organized: fun, workshops, models and studios and for very affordable price. So for Belgrade you just need to bring yourself and your equipment, everything else is on us. You can see our portfolios to see what we are doing and how. |

Belgrade sounds quite good actually, Miodrag
When I suggested this meeting I was thinking more like all getting together, getting to know each other and drink a few beers ;)
Now, I don't see why we couldn't combine this with a week/weekend of shooting...who said photographers must be sober? :p
So, Miodrag, what do you think about October/November? |

@ vgajic
Excellent advice. Belgrade seems like an excellent idea. I can promise at least few more members from Bosnia and it isn't to far for us.
Hint:
This image is from one of the studios located in Belgrade

Well,
For us here in southern (and warm, i can´t say this enough) europe it's a bit tough to get to Belgrade... The nearest direct options are Budapest or Zagreb... is it complicated to get to Belgrade from there ??
Well, i guess the reverse also applies... it would be also hard for you to get here directly.
Anyway... I'm all for it, if possible and economically viable, so anything goes really... if i can i'll go... just somewhere with sun would be nice...
But, if the problem is models, studio and stuff, it's of course also possible to arrange those things here at reasonable costs...

Yes there is quiet few of us, we often meet for few (we usually don't stop at few) beers.
Other cities are not far from Belgrade, Novi Sad is 80k from Belgrade. It's not a city like Amsterdam, but it could be lots of fun, enough to see (photograph) and as Miodrag said, there is few of us willing to help organise... |

October/November is OK, could be some rain, but does not care. So, let vote and if there is majority for Belgrade, we'll start calling hotels to get discounts and to try to make some pre bookings for models and studios. So shooting could be like any shooting or some of you would like instructions ...
