Hello SS team.
Could someone tell me, why my last vector batch is pending so long!? About 6 days! I think this is unnormal.

I've noticed that vector images tend to take a day or two longer than jpg images i general, so some added review time should always be accounted for. I'll often upload a vector and jpg version of the same image, having the jpg approved same-day and the vectot take a day or two longer.
6+ days is a long time, but it seems that the SS crew have identified the problem and are working on it. |

hai
this is for the first time i have my vector files (104) in pending
usually it takes 1 pr 2 days but it has been more than 2 weeks
what happened you ss? but i am cool and patient

I love make vectors for shutterstock, but there were problems at September. My vectors ceased to check more two week ago. Downloads is falling, payouts of September is not more than of August. October became, but vector do not take for review as before |

Anybody has an idea of what is going on ? besides "identified issue" that people are working on for a while?
Don't get me wrong I have an affiliate program myself and I understand you cannot make everybody happy all the time but I guess I am not the only person with pending file for more than 5 days. |

The vector reviewers will be getting to your submissions in the next day or two. We are very sorry for the delay -- we made a small change to the submission mechanics (on our side) and diverted some recent batches. We have fixed the problem. No batches were lost.
