i do my vectors base in Flash, i find it the easiest way.
than i export the AI file into illustrator, and only than i can save the image as vector.

the problem is - in illustrator the colors seem pale, or ultra light!

do you know why, and how can i fix that?

an example of ultra light colors:

Maybe it's because of RGB/CMYK colors. Different programs has different view of them.
I have the same problem exporting from coreldraw to ai.
So, I always correct colors again in illustrator.

Something I learned recently that I had not known is that almost all images are darker when they are printed. Since Illustrator is intended primarily as a tool for creating images for print, and Flash is for the web, could that be part of the reason?

i think you are right, and it's unfortunate that there isn't a CMYK option in flash...

i wonder - is there any trick, a way pass the long procedure of changing the colors manually in the ai...?

Correct.
Flash has no colour management and it only uses RGB/Web Safe colors.
