I'm not complaining or anything Just wondering how a trademark violation or copywrite issue could conflict with this picture. It is among a batch of 6 or so similar pictures, all were rejected for the smae reason. I just want to know for further reference. Thanks, Bryan.

I dont think Bungee would approve of this halo violation.

most modern toys are copyrighted, I don't know about this one but there are a lot of chances that it is copyrighted

its an obvious Halo character toy...whether it actually is or not...it looks extremely close, and even if it isnt....the manufacturer of the toy would have something to say about it.

I still say its a Bungee and Halo creation. (not sure who put the Halo figures out tho)

Yep, same thoughts here... it's obviously a modern toy, and recognisable as such by the manufacturer, who will have a copyright - just like a car, if it's a recognisable design, like a viper, or a lamborghini, it's going to be copyrighted, unless you can get a good shot of some detail that doesn't place it...

The other question could be who actually took the shot?? :-)

Cheers,
Stuart

They are the actual toy strait from the box. I did take the picture however I was unaware that even if it was recognizble as a certain product it couldn't be used. Now I know and will be more careful with what I pick. Thanks all for help!
