I too have tried to PM you but the messages do not leave my outbox.
I am experiencing difficulty with the upload process. I have batches stuck in pending approval. Please advise. |

Moishe,
In regards to my animations not making it past the upload process.
I have uploaded them as both win avi and quicktime .mov. In both cases there was no compression used.
The files were quite large and ranged from 500 mb to over 1 gig. |

i thought i read somewhere that uploads had to stay under 1 GB per file. |

Moishe, I have uploaded clip in quicktime .mov. format without compression. Size of clip - 596 mb.
CLIP_ID Footage Clip Id - 171274.
But in "Status of submitted Footage clips" page i see: "* Unable to Process One or More Clips in Batch "
What i did wrong? Please, help! |

Just *.mov file without any compression.
But I realized that it was better to upload foottage in *.mov format with Photo-JPEG codec.
Now I have no problems!

new problem i have....
i uploaded 14\06\2008 3 videoclips.
Format - Quicktime, mov. Codec - Photo JPEG.
But now 16\06\2008 and i stil see:

I also have one clip stuck. One of six clips in a batch subbed 22 Aug, it had a thumb until Saturday. Thumb disappeared. Other five clips in the batch were reviewed today (Monday).

Moishe, I have clips that showed up great yesterday but are in the currently being processed mode now. I've tried emailing about other problems but they too never left my outbox
