I was trying to download my photos for the first time and I got this error...
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /upload.mhtml.

Reason: Document contains no data

What does this mean? I am anxious to put my photos on.

Assume you mean upload to SS, not download. What method were you trying to use to upload?

I assume you use the http link here on the SS site.

First, what format are your images and are they larger than 4 mp? I'm pretty sure this isn't the problem, but I always like to start with the basics.

Then describe how you make the http link ... how you select your images and what steps do you do to send them on. From your description it sounds like you are trying to send before attaching anything, but let's see what you are doing.

Although it's possible that this was caused by something the user did, it seems more likely that this was a temporary problem on our end. We don't have other reports like this, which suggests that the problem was brief. Please try again and let us know what happens.
