Over 20 vector files got rejected they say because they're all bitmap files, but they are not.
I don't have one single vector file approved for that reason. Am I doing something wrong? So frustrated...
I'm hoping it's not me. I'd look pretty silly. Is there a special way to save the vector JPG files?
Thanks. |

When you open up your Eps files in PhotoShop to save a JPG preview, are you accidentally saving your EPS again?
Just make sure you don't re-save your EPS once you have made an JPG thumb in PhotoShop. |

No, after I create a vector file, I save it to EPS first then save it to JPG.
I found out something else though. When I save it with lillustrator, I have to change the format to non and save it as illustrator8. I use cs3. So I re-saved all with that setting and uploaded one file to see if it gets accepted. Do you think I've done it wrong again?
I'm crossing my fingers that I didn't.
Thanks for the reply. |

I checked quickly your portfolio and I think you didn't have any vectors approved until now, right? SY |
