Waiting to be reviewed - No number count

In my "Waiting to be reviewed" section I've got 2 clips uploaded that seem to be fine. They don't show a thumbnail but I assumed this was becasue they are videos. However, on the home page it shows 0 clips on the indicator. I've contacted support but had no reply in over a week. Anyone encountered this? Was my upload successful or not? Advice?

same problem for me. I pmd moishe a couple days ago and haven't hear back yet. i uploaded these files over two weeks ago

There are a few other posts with this issue (I started them :-P ). They are slowly fixing this. Do not delete them out of your pending screen, they might be salvageable. Moishe responded in one of the topics I added.
