Since the above has been so successful you should concentrate on what you been doing good and do more of that kind of image.
Add the most prominent color to the keywords, blue, yellow. |

LOL people... one8edegre said he doesn't have any extended liscence while some people used it that way, not look what I have done.

The dog from this image is used as a part of 'no dogs admitted' sign on every single subway station in Saint-Petersburg for 3.5 million people to see every day. It has never been sold with a extended license too. But. We have 60 stations. Each station has 10 doors. Thus, it is just 600 copies and extended license is required when after 200000 copies... |

Was the Calendar for sale or was it a promotional item?
If it was a short run (1,000 units) promo item then no EL is required
If it is for sale then an EL was required and you should contact support with the name and contact info of the publisher so that they can follow up on it.
The rest of the uses you list are legitimate uses for a standard license. |
