IPTC manager - anyone know good one?

Different sites have different ways to read IPTC data - some require photoshop format for example.
Do someone know software which can read IPTC records on any format and delimiters and batch convert them in some other format (don't changing image data)?

I'm pretty sure Exifer will work on both Exif and IPTC...

It's postcardware, too - so is excellent value for money... :-)
