Compensation Schedule Question

Did the compensation schedule change again? One of my images #276965 was downloaded twice today and I was credited with $0.30. Under the old schedule it would have been $0.40. With the recent increase, should it be $0.50? Or,have I missed some fine print somewhere?

$0.30 could have been a CD sale, but I don't know about it being downloaded TWICE for 30 cents....

Maybe the original download counted as one at .25, then the CD counted as a second download at .05?

I suspect a CD download is the answer, but I cannot find a link that will let me check download detail?
