Do I actually HAVE to submit footage via ftp? I'm having the same problems and no resolution. Can I upload via shutterstock and the footage get bumped to the correct place on SStocks' end?

Video files are very large compared to those of still images. FTP is fast. HTTP is too slow to do the job. |

Yes, that is right, he should be upload to upload through FTP now though anyway. There was something wrong on our end and it was all fixed.
