Hello:

Some customers have been requesting imagery of Asian models (young and old) watching videos on portable devices, in different settings, e.g on a train, on a plane, at a cafe, etc...

Some specific Japanese photo request themes are as follows:

* Young children going back to school
* Cherry blossom themes (DC and/or Japan)
* April 20 (national Japanese holiday - Showa no hi) honors the birthday of Emperor Showa (Hirohito)
* Harvest imagery (bamboo)
* Traffic jams
* ECO (Environment) - imagery is in demand worldwide
* Hot springs
* Summer (Midsummer Greeting Card - Shochuuomimai - People send a greeting card with seasonal imagery to express concern for a friend's health during midsummer.)
* Foliage / Autumn Leaves

Again, think Japanese market for the themes above, but the majority of ideas may be applied to any group worldwide.

I will check my trip to Nagoya (March 08) shots. Two of them are already on my portfolio, but are more related with Arquitecture, two views of the Nagoya castle.

And for Shochuuomimai and ECO, y think that it may work

hmm...
i was thinking of that... but in both my trips...
virtually no one spoke english well enough to sign a release.

too bad.. but there must be alot of people here with that kind of access.
here, its toronto and vancouver with the highest asian components....
