I have the same issue. I submitted HD1080, HD720, NTSC and PAL, and few formats got rejected. I definitely would like to know the "official rule" on this.
It will save me time submitting, specially because I have 1,200 clips most in 4 formats.
Any advice will be much appreciated. |

I'm getting a bit fed up with this now. I have just had a PAL 16:9 clip accepted, but the HD rejected for "similar submission". I'm wondering if it's time to stop submitting to Shutterstock in favour of more switched-on sites.
Any word from Admins on this subject? |

I don't think I'd go as far as closing the door, but just not make them my #1 site to concentrate on. |

Hmm.. Now I am confused.
I am mainly concentrating on 3d animations. So, I can control every single detail from NTSC or PAL or the framrate or resolution and all.
I am currently uploading at the best possible:
HD: 1920 x 1080 @ 29.97 fps
So am I supposed to submit different formats? Hmmm... We all are confused I guess... =) |
