Export from Lightroom, resolution

When I export from Lightroom to a jpg the deafult resolution value in Lightroom is 240.

Is this enough? I use a Nikon D300.

I believe they want the files at 300PPI so that what I use for exporting JPEG Files from Lightroom.

I believe they want the files at 300PPI so that what I use for exporting JPEG Files from Lightroom.

I usually leave it at 240ppi. Maybe it's time to up the res.. hmmm.
