I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue having the metadata in your images automatically applied. In order to figure out what's going on, we need to know which program you're using to add the metadata to the images and have a sample of one of the images with this problem. Could you please email submit@shutterstock.com with those two pieces of information and a reference to this thread?
That will help us greatly as we get this fixed for you.

are you guys actually doing something? hard to believe this kind of issue is not sorted quicker at shutterstock..
I am keeping many uploads on hold.. I am sure there are many others.. |

I can confirm that the iptc data are not displayed when I submit vectors ( eps plus jpg with iptc data ) .
I think that it about last 3 weeks that is not working properly.
On the jpg illustration it work correctly so I suppose it's the same with photos..
However there's a bug for sure... |

I also have many vectors lined up..
Come on Shutterstock.. It's almost 1 month now that we can't upload vectors.. (if we enter keywords manually we can, but come on!) |

Same issue for me, not solved yet it seem. I uploaded twice to make sure... |

SS pls try to solve the bug of missing metadata for vector upload as it is really getting hard for last one month to put metadata individually to each image after upload.
I know that your technical team is trying your best at their end but try to think on contributor's behalf then you can understand how much problem we are facing and whole these process delayed the creation and upload rate in this festive season. |

Seems to work now. But the pending queue still seems messed up. |

Thanks a lot but the content editor is buggy now. Whole lot of old stuff get queued and I am getting submit error so can't submit files.Any solutions??? |
